Fuze by Chef Don Ho (Formerly Le Fusion) has been viewed as a high-end restaurant specializing in American modern fusion cuisine which is defined as a multi-cultural palate of Asian, European, Mexican and American tastes. This kind of fusion cuisine is what diners of different backgrounds come to share as they rediscover the taste of home mixed in with other cultural tastes that provides a dining experience one will remember.

The ambiance of the place is more hip than a normal high-end restaurant and adorned with various Hollywood movie posters and pictures of celebrities.
