Instructions for use:
1. Use the paper shade guide to determine your starting shade. Hold the guide up to your teeth and match the color of your teeth to the corresponding shade on the chart. This is best done by using one of the front teeth (unless they are not natural teeth- in that case use the closest tooth to the front which is a natural tooth)
2. Break the seal on the gel syringe and squirt 1.5ml of gel into the dispensing tub. Store the remainder of the gel in the refrigerator.
3. Remove the battery cover from the hand held light and remove both batteries. Discard the small clear plastic disc under the batteries. Re-install batteries (positive side up) and cover. The light is now operational.
4. Use the blue side of one of the teeth wipes to dry all your teeth vigorously in a circular motion.
5. Break off the marked end of the vitamin e swab. Use the opposite end of the swab to coat the gums and inside of the lips. Take care to coat the gum down to the tooth without coating the tooth itself.
6. Dip the brush into the dispensing tub and coat all your teeth with a healthy amount of gel. Smile wide to limit gel directly contacting the inside of the lips.
7. Turn the LED light on and hold it no more than 1-2 inches from your mouth for 20 minutes.
8. Rinse your mouth out with water or mouth wash
9. Use the paper shade guide to determine your finishing shade.
